Buy a old domain on any niche not much old (six months -1 year old )

redirect it to any High PR site ( PR 5 or PR 6)

Google takes some time to change the PR of your domain on the base of the redirected site.

Now create a attractive site based on your domain

Now when you upload your own site to the domain that you have selected Your PR will remain High for next 48 hours.

all you have to do is find a buyer to sell the High PR site at an Average Price.
